Shipping Policy
Where do we ship? We ship both within the United Kingdom and internationally. International orders are shipped directly from China.
Shipping carrier All orders are dispatched via Express Courier.
Delivery times Orders are typically delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could cause additional delays beyond our control.
Shipping costs
• Free shipping on all orders over £59
• Orders below £59 will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & duties (international orders) For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
